I subscribe the theory that what you get out of something depends on what you put into it. For me, that goes deeper than a mere correlation between the act and the result.

To explain, I believe that one cannot begin to exude feminine attributes until one consumes media (among other things) as a woman would. In other words, one should teach them self to follow fashion at least as much as they follow sports. One should buy at least one women's magazine for every male or gender neutral magazine that they read.

Again, this is another one of my quick posts. I hope to further flesh out a lot of my posts with some much longer but more cohesive articles. However, for the time being, I'll be sticking with my short on the fly posts.

To out this in practice, I strongly advise picking up several women's magazines and adding some good bookmarks for all things girly.

Exercise itself can be extremely useful in the development of shape. At the moment, I don't have time to detail my thoughts on the subject. However, I will say that daily dedication to butt and cheat exercises will help you get a jump start on your girlish figure.

I also recommend regular jogging with the aim of progressive distance training

Activity-
1.). Read at least one article on the female stride. Ideally, one should also read about the structural differences between the pelvis if a man and a woman.

2.). Take a walk. Think about what you read. Try and focus on the teaching points so that you are more likely to internalize the knowledge.

3.). Practice walking as a girl.

Well, the next post (or few posts) are going to essentially be notes to myself. I don't believe there is really anyone out there reading this anymore, but, if you are reading this--here's what's up. I'm trying to create a points-based approach to training that involves doing frequent but relatively simple training tasks.

Tinkle like a Lady.
Requirement: Pee sitting down like a lady 4 consecutive times in one day. The emphasis on this task is to train yourself to pee like a girl every time you tinkle. So, a huge portion of this task is aimed at peeing sitting-down in public. But, it's not limited to peeing in public. Remember ladies, keep it tucked; knees together; feet apart; TP to wipe the pee-pee drips crinkled in hand.
Reporting Requirements: times in which you tinkled like a lady.

The scent of a woman.
Purchase the following (all must be chic/trendy and girly):
-shampoo or conditioner
-body wash
-shaving cream and razor
-deodorant/anti-persperent
Task: on a normal day when you expect to work or be in public a decent amount--replace any male scented items with the female equivalents. The most important is to use feminine body wash and shaving cream (for your daily face shaving). The perfect sissy will also give her skin a good moisturizing with the lotion.
If you are nervous that the feminine scent is too strong, you are permitted one spritz (walk through the cloud after getting dressed method).

Learning to think as a woman in our modern society thinks is possible; it just takes time and dedication. One thing you can do to start is to change the media you absorb from that of a man to that of a woman. For this task-- purchase 1 fashion magazine; one women's exercise magazine; and one other magazine clearly designed exclusively for women.
1 point for reading each cover to cover. (Must read every word). (I.e. 3 pts total).

Desexualizing the feminine transition
1 point for any 24 period without orgasm. Two points for a 24 period in which you do not look at any sexual or pornographic materials (fiction; forums included) -and- do not stimulate your genitals -and- do not undertake any activities resulting in erection.

Panty:Undie Ratio

A little task to ease yourself toward the direction of wearing more panties.

Step 1: Wash every single pair of mens underwear and panties that you own. Dry them.

Step 2: lay them all out, panties on one side, mens on the underwear.

Step 3: pull out every pair of mens underwear that is torn, stained, or otherwise showing it's age. Quickly, and without too much thought, scissor a big cut in each that were showing wear.

Step 4: continue tossing as many pairs as you can stand to.

Step 5: determine the ratio if mens to womens underwear.

Percentage Scale 10 - 25 - 40 - 50

Often, sissies fail to observe women as they should. The femininity of women is the result of each woman's lifetime of experiences. Sissies, on the other hand, have a tendency to reduce femininity down to a stereotype borne out of sexuality.

Short Term Goals

All aspiring Sissy's should be able and willing to choose short term goals. By short term, I mean 5-21 days or so (i.e., one short week to three weeks). I often ask girls what they would like me to help them accomplish. Certainly, I could choose to impose these, but I would much rather aid a girl who already has wanted to accomplish them. Most importantly, however, is a submissive sissy's willingness to think about short-term goal setting. Without short-term goal setting, following through cannot occur. Without following through, no progressive transformation can take place.

Challenge: Think of a list of short term goals.

Example:
Female Bush. Too often, sissy's either don't trim at all or they shave everything off. I think essential to the feminine experiance, is a woman's pubic hair. Attempt to grow out your pubic hair and eventually begin to trim, a little each day, until a womanly bush is created. The well-created bush will help give the impression of a woman's hips.

Smell like a woman. Purchase shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion which all carry a subtle but clearly feminine smell. Use them in place of your usual grooming products for at least 48 hours. I'd suggest to committing to 48 hours and going longer if you enjoy having the girlishness a part of your daily routine. Make sure to lotion your body (at least daily). Basically, other then this, no need to do anything else. No need for perfume--too overt. Just don't cover it with cologne (but if you do, only 1 walk-through spray). And don't forget the girly deodorant.

I guess that I just wanted to take a minute to say a little about what I'm looking for and hopefully in turn, a little more about me will become clear.

The sissy I am seeking is one who thinks about feminization and crossdressing, but hasn't so far been able to materialize their desires. The sissy who wants to wear panties regularly and who wants to schedule regular times to practice the craft of womanhood is the type of sissy that I would like to train.

In other words, it is very important to find a sissy mentally ready to start taking baby steps toward becoming a passable female. The ideal candidate for training will also have a reasonable amount of privacy available to them.
